Pricing displayed at the time of booking will be honored for your reservation unless otherwise stated.
Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
4. Payments
Payment terms vary depending on the type of session booked.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Satin & Silk Studio does not store your payment card information.
Failure to complete payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Session fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement.
Clients may reschedule one time based on availability. Additional rescheduling requests may incur additional fees.
If weather or circumstances outside our control make a session unsafe or impossible, we will work with you to reschedule whenever possible.
Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms are governed by your signed photography agreement.
6. Photography Agreements
Most photography services require a separate service agreement.
If a signed contract conflicts with information on this website, the signed contract takes precedence.
7. Intellectual Property
All photographs, graphics, text, logos, branding, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Satin & Silk Studio unless otherwise noted.
Images may not be copied, downloaded, edited, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used without written permission.
Purchasing photography services does not transfer copyright ownership unless expressly stated in writing.

9. Digital Gallery Delivery
Completed galleries are delivered electronically through an online gallery.
While Satin & Silk Studio makes every effort to maintain gallery availability, clients are encouraged to download and back up their images promptly after delivery.
Satin & Silk Studio is not responsible for image loss after delivery due to client storage failures.
10. Turnaround Times
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for each service.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy seasons, holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or emergencies.
11. Travel
Travel is not included in photography packages.
Travel fees are quoted before booking and billed separately.
Travel requirements will be communicated before booking.

If you submit inquiries, reviews, testimonials, comments, or other materials through this website, you grant Satin & Silk Studio permission to display or use that content for business purposes unless otherwise requested.
